IVR Technology Sdn Bhd ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our") operates Stooco, a service that helps merchants synchronize product stock and orders across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how We collect, use, and protect information when You use the Service.

We collect information You provide directly (account details such as name, email, and phone number at signup) and information generated by using the Service, including:

• Marketplace account connections - OAuth tokens issued by Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop when You connect a channel, used solely to sync stock and orders on Your behalf.
• Product, inventory, and order data pulled from Your connected marketplace accounts.
• Billing information - Stripe processes payment details directly; We store Your Stripe customer/subscription identifiers, not raw card numbers.
• Usage data - log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide the core Service: syncing stock levels and orders across Your connected channels in real time or on a schedule, depending on Your plan.
• To process payments and manage Your subscription, via Stripe.
• To communicate with You about Your account, including trial and billing status.
• To maintain the security and reliability of the Service.

3. How We Share Information

We share data with the marketplaces You explicitly connect (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), only as needed to push and pull the stock/order data those integrations require, and with Stripe for payment processing. We do not sell Your data to third parties.

4. Data Retention
